The Lab – A space for you to explore specific ideas relating to an emerging way of Reinventing Organisations. Inspired by the work of Frederic Laloux this new paradigm has yet to settle on a name. ‘Teal’, ‘Next Stage Organisations’, ‘Self Organising’, ‘Self Managing Organisations’ are a few names in the running.
Regardless of the name, we will be focusing on exploring how to re-imagine organisations using the three key principles.
- Self-Management; an approach based on peer relationships rather than top down direction.
- Evolutionary Purpose; rather than trying to predict an unknowable future, people are invited to tune into what the organisation wants to become and bring this natural sense of direction to life in their daily work.
- Wholeness; people are encourage to bring their whole selves to their work, including their emotions and intuition.
